We are starting to film videos and help with social media to launch a new, upmarket estate agent in Hereford.
We are in the process of filming and editing a number of clips for Character & Country, a new Hereford Estate Agency.
They are open and trading and leading up to a full launch at the beginning of the year. The team is committed to bringing a very different approach to marketing and selling homes in the area and the team have lived and worked as estate agents, land agents and chartered surveyors, locally for many years.
And it is their reputation for providing a superb service and genuinely looking after their clients and prospective buyers that we wanted to get over in the clips. The one above features Alison the principal and she conveys their approach in the video. It is quite long at nearly six minutes so we’ve broken it into chapters so you can select the part of most interest, or watch the full video.
They have been part of a larger business and built up a reputation for themselves as individuals and are already getting past customers return and we cover this and the training they take on going to make sure they understand legislation applying to land and property and to be able to advise their customers and prospective buyers fully.
We’ve also taken a more lighthearted approach to social media marketing including creating slightly tongue in cheek podcasts which hopefully will go live at the beginning of the year, covering local topics. Their genuine love of the area comes across and their commitment to helping clients and buyers alike comes through and presents the business as the one to choose.
