I’m Matthew, Matthew Addison. I’ve been with the company for for a very long time since nineteen ninety seven, ninety six. I stand corrected. I’m I’m Alison. Alison Fuller. And, Matthew, I set up business back in nineteen ninety six a long long time a go. Catherine joined us in. Two thousand and two. Oh my goodness. And Moira. I’m the baby of the group. About three years ago. Yeah. So I’ve seen the rebrand through. We’ve got all that going and progressing. But we’ve worked with you previously when you were at The Hereford Times. The first and foremost thing is we all have similar roles which overlap, but they evolve into a, you know, different area of expertise. So the one compliments the other, does it not? Absolutely. And we all know what would where our base responsibility is, and then other areas overlap into that. So it gels. Each valuation is an individual one off occasion, and each one is different. And and that’s what stimulates the interest overall throughout the years because they’re always different each valuation. I think also it’s it’s a people business, and we’re very much people oriented. We like chatting to people, and we like helping people find their dream home or sell their dream home and watch them move through life. It’s part of that as well as the property. And the element of nosiness. Yes. You know, people’s properties and get ideas and steal ideas and hints and tips. Yes. They’ve done their sitting room like that and gardens like that. And and another area where it overlaps, but you have an area of expertise. Our area would be or mine especially is valuation work going out to the properties. Yours is going out to the property and talking to the buyers. And then Catherine Moira is actually developing the marketing side of it, and Catherine’s more on the selling side of it. Because she that communicates what we’ve got, the product to people, and then they make their own decisions in the in this game. With the individual properties, we can get people to go through the door. The actual person themselves makes the decision as to whether they emotionally like it, and there’s nothing we can do whether they do or they don’t. They either do or they don’t like it. But, again, that’s down to Moira, identifying the buyers for the right property and then marketing it in the right way. So all across social media, you know, targeting, boosting posts to to make sure the right people see it. But and as that said, I think we’re really lucky in Herefordshire because we’ve got so many different types of property, different ages of property, and it’s the location we’re in. People, you know, people once they kind of come to Herefordshire, they don’t really leave. So That’s right. Yeah. Spot on. I came into Longtown on a school trip when I was eleven, and here I am. Yeah. Absolutely.
