Environmental Policy Video for Gabucci

A discussion about how global warming and climate change are impacting businesses, specifically focusing on sustainable fabric sourcing practices. Ali explains their company’s commitment to environmental responsibility by sourcing fabrics locally within Europe rather than from China, emphasising organic and environmentally friendly production methods. They highlight the importance of considering the origin, distance traveled, and composition of fabrics to reduce environmental impact while maintaining quality standards.
Video for Gabucci outlining their Environmental Policy re producing their shirts, their tailoring, and wedding services for 2026, produced by This Video Works, London and Edinburgh

As well as videos talking about the services and bespoke stock that Gabucci sells, we want to convey the effort they put into finding high quality environmentally friendly stock, organically produced where possible and what Gabucci does to keep transport as efficient and responsible as possible.

For a small business with just one store , Gabucci taken their environmental responsibility seriously, stocking labels from smaller businesses and often family run businesses.

The focus is on products produced and designed in Europe, often the fabrics are sourced or specified by Gabucci using mills in Scotland and Italy.

Where possible stock is organically produced and the use of plastics for packaging limited, they also like to work with suppliers who view sustainability similarly and they usually combine deliveries from various suppliers into joint deliveries to cut transport and fuel usage.

The video is to give customers a brief outline of what the business is doing. They are not presenting themselves as a company selling only environmentally friendly stock, but one who is moving in that direction as the stock becomes available.
