A new service from This Video Works to offer strategic marketing advice, SEO and video friendly websites to smaller businesses, based on the code and experience we have from my old programming company which I just closed.

We produced international business critical sites but I wanted to get back to filming, editing and producing but it does seem to do that I still need to build websites capable of delivering the benefits of video and video SEO fully for it to work.

We are planning to film for 2 Counties Construction in Bromyard, Herefordshire but their current website has a few issues including zero SEO so we’re putting together a new site that will enable them move forward.

Technical Case Study

Eyediology are a large independent opticians in London.

We were asked to migrate two large, Magento based sites into Wordpress. Following this, we were to build a custom Linnworks/Woo-Commerce integration which would merge the websites with their warehouse and databases.

Core to the project was the reduction in website load time from 7 to under 3 seconds in order to aid SEO and enhance user experience. We were also to retain over 1000 existing backlinks from the original sites.

We met both objectives and successfully migrated the site without any loss of SEO ranking, and with increased back links and page authority.

A short clip about editing self shot clips for clients, I’m happy to work on clips and to advise on how best to shoot and prepare for SEO purposes. I would always include this as part of an ongoing service for clients I film for as well as I can easily help you produce footage for social media and edit for you to save costs but still maintain the goals of a cohesive marketing campaign.
